Digital Image Processing and Machine Vision
This course is teaching the Digital Image Processing Basics, it helps to understand the challenges and algorithms exists to solve inspection, detection, recognition tasks using digital cameras and digital images. Digital image processing focuses on two major tasks - improvement of pictorial information for human interpretation and processing of image data for storage, transmission and representation for autonomous machine perception. Digital image processing is used in different areas, such as image enhancement/restoration, artistic effects, medical visualization, industrial inspection, law enforcement, etc.
