Startup Boost Weekend is a 54-hour event to celebrate entrepreneurship and encourage students to make change in their communities and around the world. In just three days, students will experience the highs, lows, fun, and pressure that make up life at a startup. As you will learn how to take your ideas from concept to creation, you’ll be given a chance to meet experienced mentors, entrepreneurs, and investors, who are ready to help you get started.
This is a unique opportunity for students with different skills – software developers, designers, entrepreneurs, marketers, product managers, startup enthusiasts - come together to team up and build new startups.
Beginning with Friday night pitches and continuing through team formation, business model development, customer interviews, prototyping, deck design and pitching SBW culminates into 4-minute presentations to the panel of experienced entrepreneurs.
