The "Blockathon" hackathon a is organized in the partnership with the French University in Armenia and Blockchain Technologies Corporation. The hackathon will take place on the 8-10th of February 2019.
Background Information:
The purpose of this hackathon is to find real-life problems and give them creative and efficient solutions.
Procedures:
If you agree to be in the hackathon, you will be asked to:
- Complete a small application form ( https://goo.gl/cMPxcw) that includes questions about your data and motivation to take part in the event, which will take up to 10 minutes to complete.
- Take part in an interview.
- Participate in pre-event classes
Nature of the Hackathon:
This hackathon is entirely free of charge. Everyone will respect your decision of whether or not you choose to be in the hackathon. No one associated with this event will treat you differently if you decide not to be in the study.
Risks and Benefits of Being in the Hackathon:
Being of this type of hackathon involves some workshops and webinars during which you are kindly asked not to work in groups separately. The benefits of the hackathon include voicing your thought on the current situation of the blockchain ecosystem in Armenia. This hackathon aims to connect academic institutions with the private sector.
Privacy:
Any information you provide will be kept anonymous. The organizer will not use your personal information for any purposes outside of this event. Data will be kept secure by password protection and data encryption. Data will be held for at least 2-3 months.
